Lost without you (3)

My eyes are still wet from the last time I shed,
My hands are still warm from the touch of your skin,
And you’re already off committing your next sin.

Some nights sleep eludes me,
And my eyes close to a rising sun,

All this while a thought torments me,
What if my heart gave the right love to the wrong one?

A wanderer, A loner,
People think Ive lost my way ,
These rooted trees wouldn’t understand,
There’s no one place I want to stay.

Post Scriptum: This poem has been composed by my friend Suyash Srivastava and is third in the series Lost without you. A wonderful writer, I wish him all the best for the future.

  2. I like you Himanshi but now I’m sure that you don’t read what i write. You just click “liked” as you clicked on the audio post without even listening to it. I won’t give you the link ’cause you already liked it.

    1. No I listened to an instrumental and I thought that was what you were referring to. Next when you asked me whether I liked what you said about me, then I rechecked your posts and found the actual audio post. I didn’t read any big posts due to lack of time yesterday but yes I did go through your inspirational posts.
